Training Process |

After registration, Candidates would be invited to appear for an entry level assessment test, covering Test of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General awareness, Objective & Descriptive English followed by GD & interview which will be conducted in the month of October. Candidates would be provided with necessary study materials in advance.
These students and their parents would be invited for a personal counseling in the month of November, to discuss the strategies for career planning of the candidate based on entry level assessment.
Those students who scored >60 % in the entry level assessment shall get
Green Channel Entry and shall directly be referred to Placement Channel and they have to pay only placement channel fees at this stage.
Green channel students would undergo a fine tuning training for 30 hours (10 hours of analytical and 20 of soft skills) and subsequently attend an all Kerala assessment test, Interview and GD. Gokulam Score Card would be issued to them, clearly indicating their Rank obtained in the test.
Blue channel students would undergo a 40 hours training on analytical skills, 40 hours on Spoken English/ Communication skills and will appear for a second assessment (Test/GD/Interview ( same as entry level) again. If they score > 60 % now, they would be referred to placement cell after completion of the soft skill fine tuning session for 20 hours and final assessment to obtain Gokulam Score Card. Candidates should pay Training and Placement channel fees at this stage.
Those students who failed to score 60 % even for the second entry level test conducted after blue channel training will fall to
Red channel. They, however, would be given 40 hour training with no extra fee. Even after this training, if they do not get qualified, they can repeat the course or quit the course if they wish so.
Candidates referred to Placement Channel can attend the various corporate interviews in the order of merit for which intimation will be sent by SGCRS. Placement Channel will be constantly in touch with corporate having HR tie-ups with us to maximize the employment opportunities. Candidates can attend any number of interviews till get a placement or three years whichever is earlier.
The role of SGCRS is to ensure the candidates get necessary training to improve their skills required for employments of various corporates and maximum opportunities to attend their interviews. SGCRS will not accept any claim against it for a particular candidate not being selected by any employer.
