Candidates are admitted to training only after conducting an entry level
assessment. Those candidates certified by training head and assessed suitable
for placement after conducting a written test, GD and Interview are referred for
placement in the order of merit. In addition to Managing Director and Training
Head, we have a panel of experts from different industries for conducting the
final assessment of the candidates. Those candidates who are unable to clear the
final assessment will be advised to repeat the training and assessment process
as we are committed to ensure the quality of candidates delivered by us. |

Out of these trained and short listed candidates, we will be able to refer
minimum three times of the number of vacancies in your organisation reported to
us so that you can also have your own elimination criteria to identify the best
among the best. |

Our placement cell can monitor and ensure a regular supply of candidates on a
quarterly basis as you deem fit according to your requirements. Interim
requirement can also be serviced out of our talent pool then and there. We can
provide you experienced candidates also whenever required after conducting a
fine tuning session for them. |

a nominal training fee from the candidates. You can also save advertisement cost
